To further optimize the product display system and intuitively demonstrate high-standard court construction technology, Qiangmeng Factory has officially completed the construction of the full panoramic Padel Court demonstration site. Adopting an integrated modular assembly process, all products are independently manufactured with standardized and refined craftsmanship. Combining structural stability, professional sports performance and panoramic visual aesthetics, the court is perfectly suitable for rooftop renovation, outdoor venue construction and various other application scenarios. The demonstration site is now fully open to global customers for on-site visits, inspections and business negotiations.

1. Standard Professional Court Dimensions

Designed in strict accordance with international Padel Court standards, the venue features a standard size of 20m × 10m. It adopts a scientific height design with 4m height at both ends and 3m height in the middle. This reasonable spatial structure ensures an unobstructed and comfortable sports experience, while effectively enhancing the overall wind resistance and structural stability, making it an ideal solution for factory rooftops, courtyards, parks and more scenarios.

2. Safety Explosion-Proof Tempered Glass

The panoramic enclosure is equipped with 12mm thick customized tempered glass, including 18 pieces of standard glass panels (2m×3m). All glass products have passed the national CCC safety certification. Featuring high impact resistance, explosion-proof performance, wear resistance and weather resistance, the glass can withstand strong hitting impact and ensure maximum sports safety. The full panoramic transparent design eliminates visual barriers, delivering a 360° open view with excellent appearance and practicality.

3. High-Strength Galvanized Steel Frame

The overall frame is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, which possess outstanding anti-corrosion, anti-rust, wind-resistant and anti-aging properties. Capable of adapting to harsh outdoor environments such as strong sunlight and rain, the material greatly extends the service life of the court. All structural components adopt standardized and high-quality specifications to ensure overall load-bearing capacity and structural firmness:

• Corner post: 100×100×3mm thick square tube

• Main column: 60×100×3.0mm square tube

• Upper and lower beam: 50×100×2.5mm square tube

4. Detachable Modular Assembly Structure

The court adopts an advanced detachable modular assembly structure with separated main columns and mesh frames. This design enables efficient installation, flat venue finish and convenient later maintenance and parts replacement. Both upper and lower mesh frames are integrally welded with high-strength 30×50×2.0mm square tubes and reinforced by precision bending technology. The protective mesh features holes no larger than 50×50mm and a wire diameter of 4mm, with tight and tough mesh surface that effectively prevents sports collisions and meets international safety standards.

5. High-Brightness IP65 Waterproof Lighting System

Equipped with professional tournament-grade LED lighting system, the court features 6-meter-high reinforced light poles with excellent wind resistance and stability. A total of 8 sets of 200W high-definition LED lamps are installed, reaching IP65 waterproof and dustproof grade to adapt to all-weather outdoor use. The venue illumination reaches 300Lux with uniform, shadow-free and flicker-free light, fully meeting the requirements for daily recreation, professional training and night matches.

6. Anti-Rust & Stable Installation Technology

The court is fixed with standard expansion bolts, which is suitable for cement rooftops, hardened ground and various base surfaces with uniform stress and high overall stability. All fastening screws are made of 304 stainless steel, featuring permanent anti-rust, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation performance. This refined configuration avoids screw rusting and loosening during long-term use, reduces later maintenance costs and guarantees long-term safe and stable operation of the court.

7. Tournament-Grade Net Post Configuration

The professional net posts are integrally welded with 80×80×3.0mm thick square tubes, featuring solid structure and stable load-bearing capacity. Built-in precise tensioning structures allow flexible adjustment of net tightness to meet professional competition standards. The standard net height of 920mm at both ends complies with international Padel Court specifications, suitable for leisure sports, professional training and small and medium-sized tournaments.
